• Who will take the photographs?

Ghene Snowdon is responsible for the photography of the day. She will personally discuss your requirements at the consultation and help you select your images.

• What camera do you use?

Ghene primarily uses an Olympus E-3 DSLR a professional camera which produces high quality prints and a range of professional lenses.

• How many photographs do you take?

 Ghene often take around a thousand images on the day depending on the wedding. These are then carefully selected and edited to give you beautiful images that show your wedding story.

• Can I view and order online?

Yes. You can view and order your photographs on your password protected private gallery on our website www.gsnowdon.com

• Can my guests view and order online?

Yes. Your family and your guests can view and order the photographs on our website. Ghene will be distributing cards with guest logins.

• How many pictures are allowed in our wedding book or album?

There is no limit to the number of images in your wedding book or album. All our products are custom designed for you.

• Do you retouch or enhance pictures?

All images are individually colour corrected and enhanced where necessary. Portrait retouching is on request only. We do not charge extra for the service.

• How much are extra pages for the book or album?

Additional pages for your Wedding Story book is £2.50 per page only. Additional pages for the Key Moments album is £15 per spread (2 pages).

• Can we buy large framed pictures for the wall?

Yes, the options are available on your gallery. To view our available samples, please contact Ghene for more details.

• Do you have something for our parents?

Yes I do! You can order the same Wedding Story book for your parents at a reduced rate. For the Key Moments Album, you can order a small copy of your album without sacrificing quality.

• Do you archive your photos?

All our digital images are backed up. Your images are available online for 3 months, this is extended to one year after your first order .

• Can we customise the Packages?

Yes. We can customise the packages to meet your needs. This can be an inclusion of more family members or a predefined product. An appropriate session fee will be charged to reflect these changes.

• How many photos will be taken?

Ghene will take as many pictures as necessary to give a wide choice and usually depends on the number of people and the cooperation of the children.

• What should we wear?
  

We will send you a clothing guide when you book your session to help you. However, it is advisable to check if the colours match the colours of the room where you are planning to put your prints.

• If one of us is unwell or becomes unavailable?

We will arrange another appointment and transfer your booking fee to that appointment. Session fees (Portrait session) and booking fees (all other packages) are payable when booking, either by cheque or credit card (via paypal). They are non-refundable and reserve the photography time for your session. If you need to change your appointment, please give at least 48hours notice and we will be happy to reschedule at no additional charge.

• What  if the weather turns bad?

Ghene can shoot in different lightling conditions and achieve great images. If the weather is very wet, we can reschedule the appointment. If you are not afraid of the elements then Ghene will be happy to shoot in different weather conditions.

• Where can we view and select the pictures?

The images will be in your private online gallery. However, if you prefer, we can arrange an appointment and I can come to your house with some sample wall prints to help you decide. We strongly suggest that all adults attend and we also recommended that the children do not attend the viewing as they become restless and can be a distraction.
