Man arrested at Tottenham Court Road Station
On my way home yesterday, I was told at the station that there was no Eastbound train so I went out of the station to call my family. Suddenly, from Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road and New Oxford Street came sirens from lots of police cars. Several armed police in blue uniform with rifles ran to the station entrances and other officers blocked the access to civilians.
Curious , I stayed a while to see what happens next. Then up came this guy, handcuffed and escorted to the nearby Police car. I do not know what he did but whatever that was, the Northern Line side of Tottenham Court Road is completely sealed to the public.
