Fiery Berry
Today, photographer David Kittos talked about the basic lighting setup for product photography including glassware and other items. The workshop includes equipment differentiation, sample setups and hands-on. When I got home after the workshop, I had to try something and the images in this post are my favourites.
I started the strawberry shot below with sugar. But since it is a tad messy, I changed to syrup. In any case, both end up sweet and interesting images.
These images are taken with an Olympus E-3 and 35-100mm f/2.0 lens. Lit with two FL50R flashguns. On camera right with 60cm ezybox softbox at 1/16th power and bare on camera left at 1/32nd power.
