You can shoot as long as it’s not for commercial purposes and there are no flash and tripods. I signaled to the security if I can use reflectors and they nodded
Also, you will not be bothered if you clear it with the press officer of the museum.

it is indeed! I am sorely tempted to ask if it is okay for a bridal shoot. The stairs, the walls and the lighting are really fab.
