Shipping & Returns

• All print orders are professionally processed. Before dispatch orders are checked for quality and when necessary, re-ordered.
• From date of order to dispatch, it takes between 3 to 10 days for standard prints and 15 to 21 days for premium print.
• Books, albums and wall prints are personally delivered to you three weeks after your order.
• In the unlikely event of discovering a defect, a free replacement will be offered.
• Ghene Snowdon Photography will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during delivery when using postal and courier services.
• SPECIAL OFFERS do not have a return policy.

Cancellation / Refund

• Retainer fees stated in the contract are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund you your Booking fee minus the retainer.
